Polisi Pemulangan/Refund Policy

Tiada pemulangan wang atau gantian produk dapat diberikan jikalau kerosakan terjadi akibat pengeposan. 

Jika adanya masalah percetakan seperti kejelasan dakwat atau kesilapan halaman, maka kami; pemilik kedai, akan mempertimbangkan gantian produk apabila kami berpuas hati dengan bukti-bukti bergambar yang diberikan. Tiada pemulangan wang akan diberikan dan hanya gantian produk akan dihantar kepada pembeli berkenaan.

No monetary refund or product replacement would be given if the defect happened due to postal processes and services.

If there is a printing defect such as clarity of ink or disarrangement of pages, then we; the store owner, will consider a product refund after we are satisfied with the pictorial evidences provided. No monetary refund will be given and only product replacement will be sent to the affected buyer.
